Lets get out of this country...

With a much needed mini-break in our near future, and a $6000 osap cheque finally coming my way, I took to daydreaming about my perfect wardrobe for the anticipated weekend away. Though not all within my modest budget, we'll see what I can come up with in the next week! Here is what I would ideally be packing for the adventure:
With the trip sure to be documented, I promise to give an update as to whether any of these dream pieces came true.

When you're alone in your bed

I want to wake up to your freckled back, knowing that you will naturally turn yourself over once your eyes open. Knowing that I'm awake you'll place your arm over me, both our eyes pretending to be closed and you'll ask me if I slept.

It seems so pathetic that I'm even thinking about this.

‘Shall I love you?’ said the Swallow, who liked to come to the point at once, and the Reed made him a low bow. So he flew round and round her, touching the water with his wings, and making silver ripples. This was his courtship, and it lasted all through the summer.

if you're traveling in the north country fair

And I blindly hope you too would see me
And my Body

Even if yours covered another

If I ever make it home

And my key won't open the door

Once I thought my innocence was gone.

While lying in bed I keep pressing my right heel into the hollows of my left foot. The pressure and friction as I circle my ankle and embed the belly of my calf into its other, causes my body to think of you. I promenade my toes diagonally across the sheets.

Brevity is the soul of lingerie

Dorothy Parker

Lins and I both have been on a search for the perfect undergarment this past season, and with a few dazzling finds under our belts (oh puns), we find ourselves on the hunt for more. With spring creeping slowly into the picture, here are some of my bedtime inspirations and wishes for the upcoming season.

Lindsay can attest to the fact that I have been craving a variation of this last one for a few years now. Though I have found many versions throughout my vintage excursions, I regrettably am yet to commit.

The following items are all from and I am lusting after...unrequited
Daily Indulgence Bandeau $46.12

Silhouette Brief $52.71

Nadia Tap Shorts $217.41 Nadia Underpinnings $173.49-217.41

Merriweather Bra $118.59

Soft Stitches Bodysuit $162.51

Note: While I considered posting pictures of our recent finds and investments in the undergarment department, I figured I would try to maintain some mystique for sake of the boys who are lucky enough to see them in the future.
